PRIVACY NOTICE

Story Studio is a programme run by Whipsmart Media, Monkstown, Co Dublin, Ireland. This notice explains what we do with your information. It covers this website only.

WHAT WE COLLECT

If you ask for the Content Tool, we collect the name and email address you type into that form. If you book a call, Google Calendar collects the details you give it. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information.

If you arrive from an advert or a campaign link, we also record the campaign tags in that link, so we know which campaign brought you here. That is stored in your browser and only reaches us if you submit a form.

WHAT WE DO WITH IT

We use your email address to send you the Content Tool, and to follow up about Story Studio training. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Requests are stored in a Google Sheet in our Google Workspace account, and emails are sent with Gmail. Bookings are handled by Google Calendar. This site is hosted by Vercel.

MEASUREMENT

We count page views and which buttons get used, through Vercel Web Analytics. It is cookieless and does not identify you, so it runs without asking permission.

If we run advertising, we also use cookie-based tools such as Google Analytics. Those only load if you accept cookies, and you can decline. Declining does not change what you can see or do on this site.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We keep enquiry and Content Tool records for as long as we are in contact about training, and then for up to two years, so we can pick up a conversation you started. Ask us and we will delete your record sooner.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email jonathan@whipsmartmedia.com and we will deal with it. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
